That is how it was for me. Almost like a powerful meditation, I discovered that the act of painting and connecting with art had the power to heal me. During a physically and emotionally challenging time in my life, art became an incredibly powerful vehicle to change my life. It also became a way for me to help others elevate their lives in unexpected ways.
